Origami Rubber Chicken Dance – Raving Rooster Mix

Another origami stop motion video is up!

I met my new friend, Michael Assis at OrigamiUSA’s annual Convention this year, and we’ve kept in touch since then. Unlike me, he creates and designs various unique models such as devil, nyan cat , and rubber chicken.

His models are so complex but his crease patterns are very clean. I had never folded from just a crease pattern before my first attempt, nyan cat, and it was such a sensation. Each part folds so beautifully and creates the big picture.  Just one fold can make a big difference in end product was mind-blowing!

I made a video of Eric Joisel’s rat before, and I heard some good comments about it – and as soon as I saw those rubber chicken models, I decided that I wanted to make another video on this.

My video is a precious product of a team work – origami designed and made by Michael Assis, music mixed by DJ Xerx, my best friend from college.
